Duties and Responsibilities

• will strive to continue providing professional services and successfully work to succeed in all aspects of the mission, goals and objectives.
• will accomplish mission by strengthening the department’s partnership with County officials, County personnel, vendors and the community.
• responsible for assisting Webb County Departments with the design, construction, surveying, floodplain, maintenance, and land development issues.
• supervises and assists with the design preparation for capital improvement and in-house projects.
• conducts field investigations to evaluate and inspect the construction and/or design problems and recommends solutions.
• provide project management services for the design and construction of roads and bridges located within Webb County.
• to provide project development, plan review, right-of-way acquisition, community involvement, utility coordination, and construction inspection services for roadway reconstruction projects.
