1.) Who is eligible to receive medical consultation services at the Webb County Employee Clinic?
All Webb County Employees enrolled in the AETNA Health insurance Plan and or their enrolled dependents have access to medical consultation services at the Webb County Employee Clinic.
2.) If I am an enrolled employee in the County Insurance Plan, do I need to pay a co-pay when I seek medical attention?
Enrolled Webb County Employees do not need to pay a co-pay to receive medical services. Medical consultation services are free to all enrolled employees and their dependents at the Webb County Clinic.
3.) If I were to receive an antibiotic injection or diagnostic services are performed at the employee clinic will I be required to pay?
All injections be they antibiotics and or diagnostic services performed are free of charge and no payment is required.
4.) Are D.O.T. physicals being conducted at the Webb County Employee Clinic?
D.O.T. physicals require drug and alcohol screenings which require special services and are not available or conducted at the Webb County Employee Clinic.
5.) As an employee can I request to receive the Covid Booster Vaccine at the Clinic?
All Webb County Employees eligible to receive the Covid Booster Vaccine under CDC Guidelines should contact Webb County Indigent Health services at 523-4741 and or 523-4747. Vaccines require specialized storage and extensive documentation which is currently being provided by Indigent Health Services.
6.) My children are enrolled in my health plan and the schools require an annual physical examination. Am I eligible to take my school age children for their physical at the employee clinic?
All employees with children enrolled in the Webb County Health Plan are eligible to get their school physical at the Clinic be they L.I.S.D. or U.I.S.D. students.
