In January 2019 Webb County was awarded $500,000 in grant funds through the Community Enhancement Fund Program under the Texas Department of Agriculture to construct a public health facility in Bruni, TX.
The Bruni Public Health Facility is the first public health facility in the Quad City Area. This facility will provide health care services to Bruni, Mirando and Oilton City.
